Coaching means different things to different people. To someone
in business it may mean managing priorities and addressing long
range plans. To an actor it may mean developing means of stronger
and deeper expresssion. To a child it may mean coming to terms with
a traumatic event and developing age-appropriate skills.
Traditional coaching is a systematic formula of problem solving
that may or may not lead to new events at work, business, school
or home. My coaching psycho/physiological techniques work with developmental
stages of the client and address every aspecdt of their lives including
stress levels and physiological reactions. Being a psychotherapist
and traumatologist gives me a great deal of knowledge, and respect
for the mind-body connections. My clients learn mind body techniques
that synchronize their feelings and their physiology to create what
we all know as “the perfect day”, or being in the zone.
